Sebastián Gudiño, director of SG SPORTS Management, began his career influenced by his father, a professional fitness trainer. He combined soccer with his studies in the US, where he earned a scholarship and graduated with a degree in Business. As a player, he participated in major tournaments and achieved promotion in Ecuadorian soccer. Since 2018, he has held various roles in the soccer world. In 2023, he founded SG SPORTS Management, focused on the development and management of soccer players' careers, and holds a FIFA Agent License to operate internationally.
